Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Two years' clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification required.
• Restorative Nursing training within 6 months may be required.
• UAP Registry registration where applicable.
• May require Sanford Driving Policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of an RN.
• Document resident care, outcomes, and vital signs.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility using correct techniques.
• Support housekeeping and laundry and ensure clean, safe living environments.
• Encourage participation in wellness and recreational programs; assist in restorative nursing tasks.
