ECS Limited in College Park, GA, is seeking a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Senior Project Manager to lead a field services team and ensure project success from proposal to final invoicing.

You will manage budgets, mentor junior PMs, and cultivate client relationships while ensuring compliance with ASTM lab standards and safety practices. PE/PG and 5+ years required, valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction materials testing/project management experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) licensure.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive for ECS.
• Strong marketing, communication and client relationship skills.
• Solid knowledge of heavy construction safety and ASTM lab standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage construction materials testing projects from proposal to final invoice.
• Review daily reports and coordinate with project teams and field staff.
• Prepare invoices, pay applications, and assist with collections.
• Prepare and review proposals and change orders and attend client meetings.
• Mentor junior project managers and assist with staffing decisions.
• Market ECS services and maintain client relationships.
