Job summary

You will run multiple concurrent projects with authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing, and grow accounts through reliable delivery; requires 5+ years in CMT or related QC and certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control experience.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
