Construction Material Testing seeks a seasoned Project Manager to own testing programs, scope proposals, schedule crews, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable while keeping clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing, and grow accounts through reliable testing services. A strong field background and client-facing communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars; Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; Grow accounts through delivered reliability
• You run the book of projects that keeps a testing operation alive: scoping and pricing new programs, scheduling technicians against pour and earthwork calendars that change nightly, reviewing reports before they ship, and having the failing-test conversation with a client in a way that protects both the record and the relationship.
