Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports before shipping, and keeping projects profitable with informed clients.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, handling budgets, invoicing inputs, and change scope to keep billable work strong and predictable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC fields.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) with field crew credibility.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and lab resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; grow accounts through reliability.
