Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports, and keep projects profitable while keeping clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, balancing budgets, invoicing, change orders, and schedules while maintaining technical credibility with field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve issues quickly; manage budgets and invoicing inputs.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability; maintain client communications.
