Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager to lead client relationships and oversee testing programs, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports, and maintaining profitability. You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability.

Responsibilities include scope and pricing testing, scheduling field and lab resources, reviewing reports, managing budgets and invoicing inputs, and growing accounts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars; Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
