Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Applications to lead Sitecore CMS strategy, governance, and operations.

You will own the web application ecosystem, balance hands-on ownership with vendor management, and guide offshore teams to deliver secure, compliant, high-performing digital properties. You will collaborate with marketing and business units, oversee budgets, and drive integrations with Salesforce and other platforms to support enterprise digital initiatives in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or related field.
7+ years leading enterprise web platforms, CMS environments, or digital experiences.
Strong Sitecore CMS expertise, including version 9.2 and AI/XM Cloud or similar platforms.
Experience with Pardot and Formstack for marketing automation.
Knowledge of privacy laws (CCPA) and cookie compliance.
Experience managing hosting budgets, agency retainers, and vendor contracts.
Experience integrating web platforms with Salesforce, DAMs, CRMs, and translation services.
Experience leading offshore or globally distributed teams.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own Sitecore CMS platform and web application ecosystem.
Lead platform governance, security, privacy, and compliance efforts.
Oversee web operations, performance, SEO, accessibility, and delivery timelines.
Manage hosting budgets and strategic vendor relationships.
Coordinate with business units and offshore teams across time zones.
Drive integrations with adjacent systems (Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, DAMs).
