Responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, gathering and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, serving as a CMS subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating documentation and user stories, leading Agile ceremonies, facilitating roadmap and prioritization sessions, supporting change management, developing training materials, mentoring team members, and building client relationships. Requirements include experience in client-facing business analysis or product roles, supporting enterprise CMS platforms like Sitecore, strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation, knowledge of content and data modeling, Agile experience, proficiency with Jira and Confluence, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The position is full-time, remote, based in Connecticut, with a salary range of $78,000 to $110,000
