Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Lead CMS Business Analyst to partner with clients, strategists, designers, and engineers to deliver enterprise web experiences powered by Sitecore and other CMS platforms.

You will guide projects from discovery through delivery, translating business goals into actionable requirements and mentoring junior analysts across time zones. A hybrid work model with flexible collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing business analysis or consulting
• Experience supporting enterprise websites and CMS platforms such as Sitecore
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Experience translating business needs into solutions that technical teams can deliver
• Knowledge of content modeling, data modeling, or information architecture concepts
• Experience working in Agile environments

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise CMS implementations, including Sitecore.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects, and developers to define solution approaches.
• Create process flows, user stories, documentation, and other artifacts that support delivery.
• Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demos.
• Facilitate roadmap discussions and prioritization sessions with client stakeholders.
• Support change management processes and project planning activities.
• Develop training materials and facilitate client training sessions.
• Mentor and support other business analysts and team members.
• Build strong client relationships and help ensure successful project outcomes.
