Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

You will translate requirements into user stories, facilitate workshops, and support Agile delivery from discovery to testing. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in business analysis or related roles, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Consulting, or related experience.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong skills with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• The ability to write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting QA and User Acceptance Testing.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Create user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Support Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily collaboration
• Help guide projects from discovery through implementation and testing
• Validate solutions and ensure business goals are achieved
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities before they become roadblocks
• Support enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud implementations and digital transformation initiatives
