Socket.dev is seeking a Lead CMS Business Analyst to partner with clients, strategists, designers and engineers to deliver enterprise web experiences powered by Sitecore.

You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, lead discovery workshops, create user stories, and guide Agile delivery across time zones. This role offers remote work in the USA and opportunities to mentor teammates while shaping impactful digital solutions.

What You'll Do

• Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, disciplines, and time zones.
