Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a dedicated technician to support CMP, equipment, and process operations on the D Shift. You will engage in setup, calibration, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, and quality testing for logic chip production.

The role requires 2-year degree or technical training, 5–10 years of related experience, and familiarity with CMP or high-volume manufacturing. Strong MS Office and technical writing skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 2-year college degree or technical degree (Associates degree or equivalent related Military experience).
• 5-10 years of related experience.
• CMP Semiconductor or high volume manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and possess technical writing and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: follows SOPs to ensure equipment/processes/systems run effectively.
• Troubleshooting: performs failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate failures.
• Monitor Equipment/Process: monitors equipment and processes in current state and seeks improvements.
• Work inside a fab environment, wearing a fab suit for entire shift.
• Teamwork and Communication: works well in a team and communicates across the organization.
