Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years in product development, commercialization, or technical leadership.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in a technical environment.
• 7+ years in the semiconductor industry.
• 3+ years with CMP product development, process, or applications.

Responsibilities

• Set product and technology direction for CMP growth platforms.
• Lead strategic product development across the full lifecycle.
• Provide technical and people leadership to cross-functional teams.
• Guide technical decisions using CMP expertise to solve challenges.
• Translate customer needs into development roadmaps and pipelines.
• Partner with sales, manufacturing, quality and engineers to deliver data packages.
• Collaborate with external partners and research labs to build platforms.
• Drive IP development and external partnerships to strengthen competitive edge.
• Build strategic partnerships with customers, suppliers, and research institutions.
