3M is seeking a Portfolio Leader, Semiconductor Materials to drive strategy and portfolio direction for advanced materials. You will lead a global cross‑functional team across time zones to set long‑term plans and execute complex market strategies.

The role requires extensive semiconductor experience, P&L leadership, and executive communication. On-site work at the Maplewood, MN center with travel up to 20% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Twelve (12) years of semiconductor/manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Five (5) years of experience in a P&L leadership role managing teams of at least ten (10) members.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and portfolio direction for advanced semiconductor materials.
• Lead a global cross‑functional team operating across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
• Consult with leadership to set and execute long‑term strategic direction and operating plans.
• Develop business strategies and create solutions for highly complex challenges.
• Provide marketing leadership across insights, research, pricing, CRM, and product launches.
• Plan and direct marketing activities across multiple disciplines.
