Job summary

The PAC Group is seeking a Senior Maintenance Planner to lead the planning and execution of a data-driven maintenance program for a manufacturing facility in Warsaw, IN. You will implement a CMMS (Maximo), build a detailed asset inventory, and develop preventive maintenance schedules aligned with OEM guidance and production needs.

You will monitor equipment conditions with sensors, lead predictive maintenance to maximize uptime, and manage spare parts strategy and budget with a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in industrial maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability engineering.
• Proven experience implementing CMMS/EAM systems (IBM Maximo).
• Experience building asset hierarchies, unique ID structures, and criticality for automotive/heavy manufacturing equipment.
• Strong design of Preventive Maintenance programs and deployment of Predictive Maintenance technologies (vibration, thermal imaging, sensors).
• Knowledge of spare parts strategies, min/max, EOQ, and maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, PM Compliance).
• Experience with Lean tools (5S, Six Sigma) and safety/regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a Maintenance System and Strategies (Maximo) with a detailed asset inventory.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules based on OEM guidance and production needs.
• Integrate sensors to monitor equipment conditions for predictive maintenance.
• Establish spare parts warehouse strategy with min/max levels and proper stock control.
• Document maintenance routines, checklists, and troubleshooting guides to standardize operations.
• Oversee maintenance work lifecycle and external vendors, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
