Job summary

Advance CNC Machining in Grove City, Ohio is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to own the quality of measurement work. You will develop and optimize CMM programs, interpret reports, and ensure parts meet tight GD&T specifications with ownership and precision.

The role requires 3+ years of Calypso programming, blueprint reading, and metrology knowledge. Up to $90,000 DOE plus a sign-on bonus, 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Calypso programming experience (required).
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Thorough understanding of dimensional metrology principles and applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize high-quality CMM programs using Calypso for ZEISS CMMs.
• Proof CMM programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Inspection planning, including ballooning drawings.
• Interpret and analyze CMM reports, measurement results, and part specifications.
• Support troubleshooting and validation activities to achieve FA qualifications quickly.
• Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to ensure parts are measured correctly the first time.
• Provide insights to improve accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency.
