Advance CNC Machining is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to develop and optimize high-quality ZEISS Calypso programs for complex parts at Grove City, OH. The role emphasizes accurate measurement, process ownership, and collaboration with Quality and Production teams to ensure first-pass qualification.

You will work with Zeiss Calypso on Contura CMMs, read GD&T, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize high-quality CMM programs using ZEISS Calypso software for Contura CMMs.
• Proof CMM programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Plan inspections, including ballooning drawings.
• Interpret and analyze CMM reports, measurement results, and part specifications.
• Support troubleshooting and validation to reach first-article qualification quickly.
• Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to measure parts correctly the first time.
• Provide insights to improve accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Pay, benefits and schedule

• Up to $90,000/year, depending on experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus: $2,500 at 90 days, $2,500 at 6 months
