Job summary

Jobot is seeking a CMM Programmer for aerospace metrology on-site in Enfield, CT. You will program, prove out, and support coordinate measuring machine inspections on critical aerospace components, using Mitutoyo, Zeiss, and Metris machines.

The role requires MCOSMOS experience; Calypso and/or Modus are a strong plus. A high school diploma or GED is required, ASQ CM I or CQT is a plus. Base salary ranges from $95k to $115k with bonus; full benefits, generous PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• CMM programming experience in manufacturing, aerospace preferred.
• MCOSMOS experience required; Calypso/Modus a strong plus.
• Strong GD&T interpretation and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Program, prove out, and support CMM inspections on aerospace components.
• Generate and prove out CMM programs on Mitutoyo, Zeiss, and Metris machines.
• Set up and prove out new or modified programs with fixtures and models.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T to ensure tolerances are met.
• Review results, identify nonconformances, assist root-cause analysis.
• Maintain and organize programs and documentation; train others.
