Job summary

Jobot is seeking a CMM Programmer for aerospace metrology in Enfield, CT. You will program, prove out, and support CMM inspections on critical components, working with Mitutoyo, Zeiss, and Metris platforms. The role demands strong GD&T interpretation and the ability to interpret complex drawings.

Onsite work only, with first shift responsibilities. You will own the programs end-to-end, perform validations, and train others on setups, contributing to quality in daily production and new product

Qualifications

• Experience programming CMMs in manufacturing, aerospace preferred.
• Strong GD&T interpretation and blueprint reading required.
• ASQ certification a plus; technical training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Generate, prove out, and support CMM inspections on aerospace components.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T to ensure compliance with specs and tolerances.
• Review results, identify nonconformances, and support root cause analysis.
• Maintain CMM programs and documentation; train others on setups.
• Set up new/modified programs using fixtures, models, and work instructions.
