The CMM Programmer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing CMM inspection programs that support production, NPI, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures accurate, repeatable, and efficient measurement of precision components by translating engineering requirements, GD&T, and product specifications into robust inspection strategies and programs. The CMM Programmer works closely with Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Design Engineering, and Production across two local sites to establish effective inspection processes, resolve measurement challenges, and drive consistency and standardization in dimensional inspection
