AECOM is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to join as Senior CMI Project Manager / Deputy CMI Market Sector Lead. This hybrid-role focuses on transportation construction management across Northern Virginia and the DC region, coordinating multi-discipline teams and maintaining client relationships.

The ideal candidate brings a PE license (DC/MD/VA or reciprocity within 6 months), CCM, and 8+ years in CMI with strong leadership.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• PE License in DC, MD or VA or licensure via reciprocity within 6 months.
• CMI experience on transportation projects; familiarity with VDOT/DDOT preferred.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all phases of CMI projects from planning through closeout to meet quality, schedule and budget goals.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Provide technical leadership on constructability reviews and field engineering challenges.
• Mentor engineers, inspectors, and technical staff; promote teamwork and growth.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support business development and proposal preparation to pursue new work.
