Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a Senior Color, Material and Finish Development Manager to lead CMF development and Production Art across Softgoods and Hardgoods, reporting to the Director of CMF Studio. You will drive brand-consistent CMF solutions and manage cross-functional programs with supply chain collaboration.

The role requires strategic, consumer-focused CMF thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor a creative team while coordinating with manufacturing partners to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in CMF development with global manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in people leadership roles.
• Hardgoods and Softgoods CMF development experience.
• Experience leading complex CMF programs in cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of color, materials, finishes, and on-product artwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMF development and Production Art across Softgoods and Hardgoods.
• Oversee CMF workflows, timelines, and PLM data across end-to-end development.
• Collaborate with CMF Design, Product Management, and Supply Chain to translate design intent.
• Mentor CMF Developers and Production Artists; foster inclusive studio culture.
• Travel to APAC region ~twice annually for on-site development.
