Job summary

Stanley 1913 seeks a Senior Color Material and Finish Development Manager to lead CMF development across Softgoods and Hardgoods, ensuring brand consistency and product excellence. You will supervise Production Art, PLM workflows, and cross-functional alignment with Design, Product Management, and Supply Chain.

The role requires 10+ years in CMF with global manufacturing, 5+ years of people management, and strong knowledge of color and materials. Travel to APAC is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CMF development with global manufacturing experience.
• At least 5 years in people management.
• Experience with hardgoods and softgoods CMF development.
• Strong knowledge of color, materials, finishes, and on-product artwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMF development and Production Art execution across Softgoods and Hardgoods, ensuring alignment with brand standards and product strategy.
• Translate CMF design intent across Inline, Express Lane, Partnerships, and Collaborations with CMF Design, Product Management, and Supply Chain.
• Oversee CMF development workflows, timelines, deliverables, and PLM data for end-to-end visibility and accuracy.
• Partner with manufacturing and internal teams to resolve development challenges and support new product development.
• Drive continuous improvement of CMF standards, processes, and digital color systems.
