Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a Senior CMF Development Manager to lead the Color, Material and Finish team across Softgoods and Hardgoods, ensuring brand consistency and production excellence. You will drive CMF strategy, workflows, and PLM data while partnering with Design, Product Management and Supply Chain.

You will mentor CMF Developers and Production Artists, manage development samples and archives, and travel to APAC approximately twice a year to support onsite activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Color Material Finish Development with global manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years experience as people manager.
• Experience with hardgoods and softgoods CMF development.
• Led sophisticated CMF development programs within cross-functional product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMF Development and Production Art execution across Softgoods and Hardgoods, ensuring alignment with brand standards and product strategy.
• Translate CMF design intent across Inline, Express Lane, Partnerships, and Collaborations with CMF Design, PM, and Supply Chain.
• Oversee CMF development workflows, timelines, deliverables, and PLM data for end-to-end visibility.
• Partner with manufacturing and internal teams to resolve development challenges and support new product development and prototyping.
• Drive continuous improvement of CMF standards, processes, and digital color systems.
• Lead sample reviews and manage development samples, seasonal storage, and archives.
• Mentor CMF Developers and Production Artists and foster inclusive Studio culture.
• Travel to APAC region ~twice yearly to support onsite development activities.
• Must have Superior Discrimination of Farnsworth Munsell Hue 100 test.
