Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Designer, CMF - Soft Goods in Needham, MA to lead color, material, and finish strategy across multiple products. You will own CMF direction from concept through production, shaping brand identity and consumer loyalty.

The role partners with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive CMF concepts, mentor junior designers, and maintain CMF documentation and library. Strong leadership and portfolio are required.

Qualifications

5–8 years in color, material, and finish design — consumer electronics or consumer products preferred.
Expert proficiency in color theory, trend forecasting, and manufacturing processes.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

Lead CMF concept and strategy development that aligns with product design goals and brand identity.
Own trend forecasting and research on color, material, and finish trends for actionable team direction.
Direct the creation of mood boards, color palettes, and material/finish samples for senior stakeholders.
