SharkNinja is seeking a Senior CMF Designer to lead CMF strategy across multiple product categories. You will own the CMF workstreams from trend research through supplier sourcing to final production sign‑off, partnering with Industrial Design, Engineering, and Marketing.

Mentor colleagues and raise the craft bar across the team. You’ll combine artistic and engineering thinking, forecast trends, defend viewpoints in stakeholder discussions, and manage multiple CMF projects in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, CMF Design, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of CMF design experience across consumer electronics or lifestyle products.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, KeyShot, and SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Set CMF direction across product categories, translating brand vision into color, material, and finish decisions.
• Drive CMF concepts from idea to production, owning the creative point of view at every stage.
• Research and forecast trends, turning them into seasonal narratives for the design team.
• Build mood boards, color palettes, and material libraries for cross‑functional clarity.
• Lead supplier conversations, evaluating materials for aesthetics, feasibility, and cost.
• Produce precise CMF specifications and briefs for production teams.
• Provide strong CMF feedback in design reviews and defend design integrity.
• Guide prototypes and samples through iterations to final approval.
