Job summary

Kentro is seeking a Sr. CMDB Program Analyst to support the VA ESOM contract. The role focuses on accurate CMDB data, governance, and reporting across ITIL-aligned processes, with emphasis on performance metrics and executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 8 years can substitute.
• Experience with CMDB, ITAM/ITSM processes and governance.
• Knowledge of ITIL and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CMDB accuracy and integrity of CI data.
• Develop CMDB governance policies; audit and remediate discrepancies.
• Integrate discovery tools and data feeds into the CMDB.
• Analyze CMDB data to identify trends and KPIs; deliver reports/dashboards.
• Coordinate with VA PMs and IT teams; serve as CMDB SME.
• Support ESM platform administration and service mapping.
• Develop SOPs and ensure VA security/compliance.
