Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Data Manager to support configuration control, data management, and deficiency reporting. You will help implement policies for requirements, document, and change management across the enterprise, handling data lifecycles and architectures with minimal supervision.

The role emphasizes data processing, validation, and ensuring accessibility and timeliness of data for users. Occasional travel to Humana offices may be required, with 40-hour weeks and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of Python experience for data processing, transformation, automation, validation, or related data workflows.
• 3+ years of SSIS experience.
• 3+ years of SQL, SSIS, Python, Databricks experience.
• 3+ years of experience with relational databases and large, complex datasets.
• Strong technical documentation skills documenting data flows, rules, dependencies, processes, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Supports configuration control, data management, and deficiency reporting.
• Implements government and industry policies for requirements, document, and change management.
• Develops architectures and procedures for full data lifecycle management across the enterprise.
• Influences department strategy and determines objectives for project components.
