Job summary

ALLO Communications LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator to own the design, deployment, and reliability of Windows and Linux server environments across customer and internal platforms. You will drive security, automation, patching, and infrastructure standards in a hybrid+cloud MS P environment.

You will mentor Tier 2 technicians, handle high‑level escalations, and lead modernization efforts, balancing stability with continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years in systems administration in MSP-like environments.
• Azure AZ‑104 or MS‑900 or equivalent, AWS/GCP certifications a plus.
• Security‑focused certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own health, performance, and long-term stewardship of Windows and Linux server environments across customer and internal platforms.
• Architect, implement, and maintain hybrid and cloud‑first environments (Azure primary).
• Lead server and infrastructure modernization, migrations, hardening, standardization.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Tier 2 admins and escalate complex issues.
