You will partner with business leaders and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available communication solutions. The role requires hands-on engineering plus solution architecture experience, focusing on platform strategy, integration design, automation, AI enablement, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Telecommunications/Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years in senior-level cloud telephony platforms engineering.
• Strong leadership and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical owner for cloud telephony and contact center platforms.
• Design, implement, and optimize CCaaS, UCaaS, and enterprise telephony architectures.
• Develop architecture standards, roadmaps, and governance practices.
