Rollins, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cloud Telephony Platform Engineer to lead architecture, engineering, and optimization of enterprise telephony and customer engagement platforms.

The role focuses on cloud contact center, IVR/IVA, AI agents, and unified communications, with emphasis on scalability, security, and operational excellence. The engineer will collaborate with business leaders, CRM admins, and external vendors, driving platform strategy, integration design, automation, and AI enablement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Telecommunications or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3+ years senior-level experience in enterprise cloud telephony.
• Experience in architecture, design, and technical leadership on large programs.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud telephony and CCaaS platforms architecture and operations.
• Design scalable UCaaS and enterprise telephony architectures.
• Lead modernization, governance, and integration efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and security teams to deliver solutions.
