Job summary

Vultr is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our global Technical Support team. You will provide advanced technical support for Vultr’s products and infrastructure, serving as an escalation point for complex issues and supporting both customers and internal teams.

In this role you’ll troubleshoot complex issues with customers, system administrators, and engineering teams, mentor junior staff, and help improve support processes and documentation across a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise technical support.
• Strong Linux troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with enterprise networking.
• Experience in cloud/IaaS environments.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with technical guidance.
• Act as first responder to platform alerts and incidents.
• Lead incident analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve outages.
• Create and maintain internal docs and procedures.
• Mentor junior team members and support enterprise environments.
