Job summary
Vultr is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our global Technical Support team and provide advanced technical assistance for Vultr’s products and infrastructure. You will serve as an escalation point, diagnose complex issues with customers and internal teams, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.
You will work in a 24/7 team environment, mentoring junior members and supporting enterprise customer environments.
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise tech support or similar role.
- Strong Linux troubleshooting and networking knowledge.
- Experience supporting cloud or IaaS environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries with technical guidance on Vultr products.
- Act as first responder to platform alerts and incidents.
- Lead root cause analyses and recommend preventive actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve platform issues.
- Mentor junior team members and support enterprise environments.
- Create and maintain knowledge base and procedures.
