Qualifications
- 8+ years in systems engineering or related field, with production environments.
- Strong cloud experience (AWS/Azure) and Linux/Windows administration.
- Proficient in scripting for automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with IaC and CI/CD tooling; knowledge of security/compliance basics.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day operational support of complex cloud systems.
- Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
- Document issues clearly and collaborate with customers and teams.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Maintain asset inventory and VA security policy compliance.
- Assist with on-call production system support as required.
