The role will be responsible for supporting the creation, development, and operation of the Company's cloud services. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide continuous delivery solutions in a cloud environment, optimize cloud operations to increase scalability and reliability, and prioritize security and compliance of the cloud systems.

Position Objective:

The role will be responsible for supporting the creation, development, and operation of the Company's cloud services. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide continuous delivery solutions in a cloud environment, optimize cloud operations to increase scalability and reliability, and prioritize security and compliance of the cloud systems.

Critical Duties:

• Design, implement, and maintain the Company's cloud infrastructure and support further development of cloud services.
• Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions with cross-functional teams to support the Company's operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Support the continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines in the cloud environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, system performance, and application deployments.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues, implementing appropriate security measures and best practices as needed.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for the cloud infrastructure.
• Assist in gathering supporting documentation for monthly status reports and compliance.

Essential Duties:

• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
• Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations in all environments.
• Build and support relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, technical goals, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Use scripting languages to implement solutions.
• Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale processes and systems, achieve goals, and ensure work is completed accurately and timely.
• Develop and provide training and documentation on new cloud technologies and initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture.
• Proactively and effectively analyze business results and metrics to measure performance and demonstrate enhancements.
• Have ongoing strong working knowledge of evolving best practices and/or strategies that can be applied to day-to-day work, the department, and/or the organization, and proactively communicate those best practices and/or strategies to the necessary team members and/or leadership.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Mathematics preferred.
• 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
• Hosting and deploying websites and API's.
• Managing multitenant implementations.
• CI/CD systems and workflows.
• DevOps and ITIL practices.

Certificates/Licenses:

• Microsoft Azure certifications preferred.

This is a remote opportunity, and candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders. The role is a contract to hire opportunity.
