Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to administer and optimize hybrid cloud environments across AWS and Azure, with a focus on secure, scalable design. You will automate operations, drive reliability, and manage critical projects end‑to‑end.

The role requires strong Windows/AD expertise, AI tech experience, and a proactive, collaborative approach to supporting business needs in a remote, globally distributed setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related discipline; equivalent professional experience considered.
• 5–10 years of experience in systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise IT operations.
• Hands-on experience administering AWS and/or Microsoft Azure environments.
• Solid expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise infrastructure management.
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting secure, reliable infrastructure across cloud and on‑premises.
• Experience implementing enterprise AI technologies and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to lead complex, cross‑functional technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge including identity management, patching, backup and disaster recovery.

Responsabilités

• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise IT infrastructure across AWS, Azure, Windows Server, and AD.
• Design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable cloud and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Develop automation strategies to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning to deployment and support.
• Monitor performance, availability, capacity, and health; resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain security practices including IAM, patching, backup, and DR planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions and high-quality service.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and incident response as required.
