Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer based in the United States. You will lead global DevOps and infrastructure teams, shaping best practices and driving reliability, security, and scalable software delivery across a distributed organization.

You will optimize CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC, and promote SRE standards while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams in multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in DevOps/SRE with distributed systems
• Proven experience leading multinational teams
• Strong hands-on with CI/CD, IaC, and deployment strategies
• Cloud experience on AWS/Azure or GCP
• Secure development environments integrated into pipelines
• deep understanding of availability, resilience, and monitoring
• Track record recruiting and coaching engineers
• Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration
• Able to drive initiatives in a fast-paced, international setting
• Familiarity with the listed tech stack including .NET Core, MongoDB, Vue, Kubernetes, and observability tools

Responsabilités

• Lead DevOps and infrastructure teams with technical direction and hiring support
• Maintain highly available staging and production environments aiming for 99.9% CI/CD and 99.99% product availability
• Establish SRE best practices including deployment reliability and incident prevention
• Strengthen CI/CD with automated testing, reviews, and release controls
• Accelerate delivery by optimizing pipelines and provisioning
• Design resilient infrastructure and disaster recovery strategies
• Drive IaC, deployment automation, and secure development practices
• Monitor performance with data-driven metrics to guide decisions
• Coordinate with engineering for clear dependencies and communication
• Support large-scale cloud apps handling high workloads
• Promote operational excellence, security, and accountability
