SupportFinity™ is seeking a Principal Cloud Supportability Engineer in Boston to provide tier-2 support for Autodesk's AEC cloud solutions. This role requires a strong background in Python programming and substantial experience in the architecture and engineering field.

The successful candidate will engage with customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead efforts to enhance process efficiency through automation. A bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science and a minimum of 8 years experience in the industry are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in architecture & engineering domain.
• Strong experience in writing script-based automations using Python.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud provider is helpful.

Responsibilities
