Job summary

Collaborate with development teams to improve architectures, automate and orchestrate deployments, and provide escalation for complex issues until SOPs are written.

Qualifications

• Solve complex problems related to infrastructure cloud services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence.
• Design, write, and deploy software to improve availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services.
• Design architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems.
• Facilitate service capacity planning, demand forecasting, performance analysis, and system tuning.

Responsibilities

• Work with the SRE team on full stack ownership of a collection of services and technology areas.
• Understand end-to-end configuration, dependencies, and operational behavior of production services.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and document SOPs for future reference.
