Job summary
Credence’s Vienna, VA headquarters is seeking a Site Reliability SME with hands-on Cloud Operations experience to join our Cloud Managed Services Provider team. This on-site role is based in Tyson’s Corner, Vienna, VA, and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams in an AWS GovCloud environment.
The candidate will streamline tasks in ServiceNow, Confluence, and Jira, develop monthly metrics, and interface with Operations Managers, technical leads, and environmental engineers to
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Five (5) years of related work experience as a technical leader.
- DoD Public Trust (NAC-I) or higher clearance.
- Experience with AWS SRE in GovCloud environment.
- Ability to work beyond core hours during outages.
- Excellent oral and written communication with stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for cloud operations and SRE activities.
- Develop metrics and monthly reports.
- Coordinate incident management and outage resolution.
- Interface with cybersecurity team and stakeholders.
- Document processes and enhance procedures.
- Work in AWS GovCloud environment.
