Job summary

Credence seeks a Site Reliability SME to join our Cloud Managed Services Provider team at our corporate headquarters in Tysons Corner, Vienna, VA. The role focuses on Windows/Linux, AWS GovCloud operations, and incident management with cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate should have 5+ years of technical leadership, DoD Public Trust (NAC-I) or higher clearance, and a Bachelor's degree or higher. Preferred AWS SRE experience and AWS certifications are valued along with IAT/IAM

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or higher.
Minimum five years as a technical leader.
Experience in cloud operations and IT security in AWS GovCloud.
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to develop metrics and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for cloud operations and SRE tasks.
Collaborate with Operations Manager/T0PM, technical leads, and environmental engineers.
Streamline processes in Agile SAFe environments and incident response within SLAs.
Develop metrics and deliver monthly reports for stakeholders.
