EY is looking for a senior cloud/infrastructure leader to drive secure, observable, and cost-aware AI-enabled services in a national, remote-friendly role. You will guide architecture decisions, validate results, and raise reliability across multi-use cases while coaching engineers to operate resilient systems.

The Challenger program focuses on delivering high-value, scalable, and testable services, with teams building reusable tools and runbooks for ongoing ownership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Substantial experience designing and operating cloud, infrastructure, platform, or site reliability capabilities.
• Production reliability through observability, capacity planning, and recovery testing.

Aufgaben

• Build shared cloud foundations and deployment automation for rapid start and reliability.
• Review architectures, migrations, and releases with reliability and cost trade-offs.
• Define evidence for production readiness and post-launch changes.
• Establish service objectives, observability, alerts, and operational reviews.
• Test workload assumptions and guide scaling decisions with data.
• Lead deep investigations of failures across distributed services.
• Design performance tests, recovery exercises, and rollback paths.
• Publish reference implementations and runbooks for reuse.
• Coach engineers and transition capabilities to steady ownership.
