Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise support or operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage incidents, root cause analyses, and escalation processes.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog of support tickets and triage priorities.
• Coordinate with end users to gather context and drive timely resolutions.
• Lead triage of incidents, engage internal and partner teams, and communicate status.
• Drive automation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing to reduce repeats.
• Provide leadership in Oracle Fusion and other SaaS incidents and changes.
