Job summary

Verily Health is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer to own the hardest technical problems end to end, and to raise the engineering bar with clean tooling, security and scalable cloud platforms. You will design and operate secure environments across Google Cloud and AWS, while mentoring teammates and partnering with customers to deliver data-driven biomedical solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and building production software with deep system design
• Expert-level Python and fluency in at least one other language
• Strong hands-on cloud/platform engineering across GCP and AWS, including IAM, security, networking, IaC, containers, and CI/CD
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own the hardest problems end to end from discovery to a working solution
• Raise the engineering bar with clean, maintainable tooling and automation
• Engineer the cloud foundation across GCP and AWS
• Build at scale with batch workflows and interactive analysis
