Job summary

Red Hat, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Solution Architect to design and present complex solutions for customers nationwide, with remote work from Raleigh area. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Service teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of offerings.

As a trusted SME, you will build installation plans, deliver technical presentations, and share knowledge through white papers and conference talks. Domestic travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, consulting, infrastructure management, sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
• 5+ years of Linux administration, virtualization, and delivering technical presentations.
• 3+ years with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud), Kubernetes, and IT architecture planning.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Build, design, and present complex solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Sales teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Serve as a trusted SME for customers and build long-lasting relationships.
• Prepare detailed product specifications and implement customer installation plans.
