Qualifications

• 5-8 years in a related technology position such as sales, consulting, operations, or development
• 4+ years with Public Cloud and Linux
• 4+ years with telecommunications technologies and networking infrastructure
• 2+ years with automation frameworks and tools like Puppet, Chef, Salt, or Ansible
• 2+ years with OpenShift, ACM, ACS, Quay, Ceph, or Kubernetes
• Experience with VMware, OpenStack, OpenShift virtualization, and NFV concepts

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project and customer team members to meet timelines and goals
• Contribute to project documentation and diagrams, incl. QA and ticket management
• Mentor and share knowledge with customers
• Guide adoption of automation and DevOps processes to improve cloud life cycle, uptime, availability, and time-to-market
• Translate client requirements into technology and architecture designs to meet long-term goals
• Lead architecture design sessions to ensure multi-system integration and end-customer satisfaction
• Design and advocate for cloud-based solutions with robust design principles and automation
