Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a highly motivated Solutions Architect to help accelerate customer adoption in a Commercial Midmarket setting. You will collaborate with Small and Medium Business customers, guiding architectural choices across security, compute, storage, networking, and advanced serverless, analytics, and AI/ML scenarios.

You will lead technical design guidance, share best practices, and work with top engineers and managers to grow your career within AWS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Solutions Architecture team to ensure customer success building on AWS.
• Scope each customer engagement with clear objectives and success criteria.
• Own each engagement and help ensure timely delivery of value.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge within the solution architect community.
• Understand AWS market segments, customer base, and industry verticals.
• Understand and use Salesforce.com and other internal Amazon systems.
