Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior IAM and cloud security leader to modernize access control capabilities using automation and AI-driven insights. Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or Access Management
• Experience with SoD frameworks (ISO, NIST, FFIEC, COBIT, CSA)
• Experience implementing RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, JIT, Runtime in large financial services
• Experience designing Cloud Permission Models across AWS/Azure/GCP
• Leading enterprise-scale IAM transformation initiatives
• Partnering with Architecture, Engineering, Cloud Security, and Business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Modernize access control capabilities through automation and AI-assisted analysis
• Drive cloud entitlement visibility and permission analytics transformation
• Establish standards for cloud role engineering and entitlement taxonomy
• Promote adoption of RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and SOD controls across environments
• Lead complex cloud access initiatives across AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS platforms
• Translate technical concepts into actionable business outcomes for senior leadership
