Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyzes business needs to help ensure the Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry leading practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
• Leads consulting teams on challenging projects and provides functional and technical expertise across a range of business and technology solutions, including AI adoption.
• Resolves complex customer escalations and collaborates with Oracle Sales, Customer Success, Support and Product Development to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Provides leadership, strategy, and vision for Oracle’s Cloud Advisory practice across Commercial and Regulated markets.
